Suchi Pahi (CIPP/US) is experienced in managing incident response, regulatory compliance, and regulatory investigations. She advises clients on data security incident evaluations, breach response, and regulatory compliance requests, and collaborates with clients to evaluate data transfer, storage, and collection implications across various data privacy and security regimes. She is a Fellow of the Internet Law and Policy Foundry, and passionate about working with companies across industries to help them secure their data and protect their privacy.
Margaret K. Schulman has maintained an active law practice in the Dallas and Fort Worth area since 1990. She graduated from the University of Houston School of Law in 1985 and now is currently a member of The Schulman Law Firm, P.C. She works with employees and employers in drafting, negotiating, and enforcing written employment contracts as well as working to resolve disputes regarding employment benefits and termination issues. She is an active member of the Texas Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, the Texas Employment Lawyers Association (TELA) and the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.
MyLin Lam is the founder of Banyan360, a web design and digital marketing company. She works with passionate entrepreneurs from start-ups to established businesses. Her goal is to help bring her client's vision to life – to inspire both the entrepreneur and their customers. She is an active member of the Texas Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, the Texas Employment Lawyers Association (TELA) and the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.
