Debbie Roling serves as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas. She is responsible for managing finance, human resources, risk management, customer care, retail shops, product sales and service center properties.
Before joining Girl Scouts, Debbie was Sr. Manager of International Financial Reporting at YUM Brands, where she coordinated reporting consolidated results for company and franchise KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut restaurants. Debbie also has accounting, internal audit, planning, business development and market research experience from working in various roles at LG&E Energy for over 13 years.
Debbie is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Kentucky and holds an MBA from the University of Louisville. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Debbie was honored as a non-profit CFO of the year in 2015 by the Dallas Business Journal.
Debbie is a member of the Financial Executives Institute and AICPA. She has served as an assistant Girl Scout troop leader.
