Rachel is the Director of Business Development at RevTech Ventures, where she helps entrepreneurs at the intersection of retail and technology launch and scale their companies. She generates and manages deal flow and partners with RevTech portfolio companies to help them grow.
Prior to RevTech, Rachel built deep technical, business, and product experience as a management consultant at Credera. She has demonstrated success consulting executives on matters related to Product Development + Management, Digital Transformation, Customer Engagement + Loyalty, Marketing Technology, eCommerce, and Process Improvement. In addition to client work, she jumpstarted and lead several retail startup partnerships to accelerate the growth of Fortune 500 clients. As the firm scaled to Chicago, NYC, and London, she launched a team to build and implement a firm-wide business development strategy to optimize client acquisition and account growth.
Before Credera, Rachel served as a health policy analyst for a think-tank in D.C. to understand the drivers of policy formation and influence. She also worked for a venture-backed, recruiting A.I. startup based in New York to help spearhead national hiring efforts across U.S. campuses.
Rachel uncovered her passion for startups through starting and scaling a nutrition program across Texas in her formative years. Outside of work, Rachel is passionate about helping women overcome both professional and personal barriers. She serves as the Dallas President of the SoGal Foundation, the largest global platform for the education and empowerment of 100,000+ diverse entrepreneurs and investors. She also coordinates professional development efforts for Alive at Last, a nonprofit dedicated to survivors of sexual exploitation.
