Founder of Diversity Solutions Marketing
Stephanie Franco is a Small Business Marketing Strategist and Speaker with Diversity Solutions Marketing. She recently founded a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization called Women Entrepreneur Resource & Educational (WERE) Community in 2016. She is also a Brand Ambassador for iFundwomen, a crowdfunding platform for women-led startups and businesses.
Stephanie’s area of expertise lies within marketing strategy, relationship building, leadership training, and networking. She specializes in helping small businesses use email marketing and digital products to drive business success. She has her MBA in Management from Texas Woman’s University and a B.S.B.A. in Corporate Communications from Hawaii Pacific University.
Stephanie believes in supporting the growth of entrepreneurs in all aspects of their business and is a big advocate for goal setting, relationship building and the power of networking. She has worked in the public, private, government and non-profit sectors and has also spent a year teaching English in South Korea. Besides traveling, her passion has always been in marketing and she’ll be the first one to tell you how much she loves to speak. Speaking puts her in a position to influence others and make a positive difference in the entrepreneurship community.
One of her favorite quotes by Helen Keller is, “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.” It is a daily reminder that one person can’t do it all and the importance of teamwork. She is very active in the networking community and has a passion to serve others. Her philanthropic efforts with her non-profit organization, WERE Community aligns with her mission in life, which is to be a resource to others. Stephanie says, “It is very rewarding to see women come through our organization and grow their business. This makes an impact in their home and community.”
